At Bowling World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and un-drilled equipment. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's box; please note that bowling balls cannot be returned if they have been custom drilled.
Ship to Bowling World
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
